Hi there, welcome to Doremi International School of Shinsaibashi’s blog:) In my school, we let the students to try Eiken and Eiken Jr. exam constantly so that they can check how much they understand, and learning how to answer the questions! Eiken exam ： EIKEN is an abbreviation of Jitsuyo Eigo Gino Kentei (Test in Practical English Proficiency), one of the most widely used English-language testing programs in Japan. It is offered at 7 levels: Grade 1, Grade Pre-1, Grade 2, Grade Pre-2, Grade 3, Grade 4, and Grade 5. The total number of examinees since 1963 exceeds 95 million. EIKEN can be used as a language skills certificate for study abroad as it is recognized in approximately 400 universities and educational institutions in North America, Australia, and throughout the world. Eiken Jr. exam　：  Eiken Junior is a suite of tests and learning materials offered in three levels (BRONZE, SILVER, and GOLD) and made up of listening tasks designed to encourage young children in Japan to learn English. Of course it is difficult for the young kids, but they are trying hard to get the certificate of it and always show us happy smile afterwords! This time, I want to share some pictures of the students who passed Eiken exam of Spring 2018. We do not have picture but one of the Saturday course student(3rd grade of elementary school student) passed Eiken grade pre2 too!     こんにちは、ドレミインターナショナルスクール心斎橋校です！ 当スクールは英検、英検Jr.ともに試験の準会場となりまして、定期的に試験を実施しております。 生徒たちも、今自分たちがどのくらい理解できているのかを知るいい機会であるとともに、賞状をもらいたい！とやる気を出して取り組んでくれています♪ 本日は2018年春の回の発表です♪ お写真はないですが、サタデーコースで登園されている小学校3年生の生徒が準2級にも合格しましたよ☆               And, one of our student got 100 points on Bronze level!!!
