Hi there, thank you for visiting our blog:) Big hello from Doremi International School Shinsaibashi!!! In our school, every month we have cooking lesson and learning about food:) It is not only learning how to cook, but also it is a lesson of dietary education. Even some students doesn’t really like vegetables, they try to eat after cooking lesson! From May, we are having special teacher Mr. Max for cooking lesson who is one of the Doremi teacher and also working as a chef in Hilton Hotel! In May, we cooked ‘Chilli Mac and Cheese’ which is really popular for American kids.       こんにちは、ドレミインターナショナルスクール心斎橋校です。 当スクールでは、毎月クッキングのレッスンがあり、料理を通しての食育にも力を入れています！ 野菜の苦手な生徒たちも、クッキングレッスンの後には自分から進んで食べてくれることもよくあります☆ 5月より、当スクール講師であり、ヒルトンホテルでシェフとしても働いてるMr.Maxが特別講師として毎月クッキングレッスンをしてくれる予定となっており、生徒たちも大興奮でした！ 今回は、アメリカで子供に大人気という、チリマカロニ＆チーズを作りました！       First, Mr. Max explained about ingredients and how to cook, then they tried! まず初めに説明をしてもらい、料理の開始です！     Nursery class……tearing parsley ナーサリークラス……パセリをちぎる     Preschool…… peel tomato プリスクール…..トマトの皮むき             Pre-K and Kinder……cut garlic and onion プリケー＆キンダー…..にんにくと玉ねぎを切る     Then, mix them! 混ぜる           Here is the Chilli Mac and Cheese!!!       They really loved the taste and enjoyed it!!! みんなでおいしく頂きました☆               You can check  and buy more and more pictures in ‘En Navi Photo’ .
