Hi there, thank you for visiting Doremi International school Shinsaibashi’s blog. At school, we are studying English of course, and also trying to deepen our understanding of  some traditions in many countries. To get some ideas about it, cooking lesson is one of the best timing:) Every month we are having a cooking lesson and trying to cook cuisines of the world. In January, we tried MOCHI TSUKI-pounding rice cake and learned some Japanese traditions.
